The year 2026 sees the creation of two new events at Bogard: the Journées Européennes des Métiers d’Art and the Salon du Livre, as well as the renewal of Tables en Fête. See details below.
The events are organized by our two associations (law 1901, non-profit):

European Crafts Days(JEMA)
For three days, some thirty craftsmen and women will be showcasing their skills and work at the Orangerie du Château de Bogard. Three days of exhibitions and sales, meetings and exchanges, and demonstrations of know-how.
Friday, April 10, 2026, from 2pm to 6pm. Saturday, April 11, 2026, from 10am to 6:30pm. Sunday April 12, 2026, from 10am to 6pm. Free admission, no reservation required.

Tour of the château gardens in aid of NEURODON
To mark the NEURODON, organized by the Association des Parcs et Jardins de Bretagne (APJB), Château de Bogard is opening its gardens to the public and donating €2 for each visitor to the Cancer Research Foundation.

2024 EVENTS
In 2024, we celebrated the 750th anniversary of the Bogard site, whose origins date back to the Middle Ages and on which Château de Bogard was built in the 18th century, and which is now listed as a Monument Historique. Château de Bogard took part in several events to celebrate this anniversary: (1) u fireworks display organized in August in aid of the Artisans d’Espoir association in Quessoy, which drew over 2,000 spectators; (2) an electro music festival organized in September by the Tek Hilarant association, which drew over 4,000 young people who enjoyed a festive event combining youth and cultural heritage during the European Heritage Days; (3) aAlso, the publication of an illustrated book entitled “750 d’Histoire à Bogard”, retracing the history of the site from the Middle Ages to the present day, which can be ordered directly from the château owners. Many thanks to all the valiant organizers and participants in these festive and cultural events…
